Cancellation policy:      

No cancellation charge - where a cancellation is made 7 clear days before the tour day.


50% cancellation charge - where a cancellation is made 6 - 4 clear days before the tour day.


75% cancellation charge - where a cancellation is made 3 - 1 clear day(s) before the tour day.


100% cancellation charge - where a cancellation is made within 24hrs of the start of the tour.

Reasonable administration and third party (usually bank) charges will be deducted where they are incurred.

Late arrival:

Where payment has been received in full in advance, the service provider (e.g. the guide(s)) will wait and/or provide the pre-booked service until end of the pre-booked engagement. For example: if a 2 hour tour was due to start at 10.30am and the client arrives at 11.30am, the service provider will deliver the service until 12.30pm.  Any extension to this is entirely at the discretion and availability of the service provider on the day (e.g. the guide(s)).  However, if the client fails to inform the service provider (e.g. the guide(s)) of a late arrival, the service provider is entitled to abandon the engagement at the half way point (e.g.: after 1hr if the engagement was booked for 2hrs) and the service is deemed to be cancelled and the full fee will be due for payment.

Where no payment or a part payment has been received in advance, the service provider (e.g. the guide(s)) will wait for no more than half an hour.  If the client arrives after half an hour without speaking to the service provider (e.g. the guide(s)) in advance, the service is deemed to be cancelled and the full fee will be due for payment.
